Value Creation and Self Service: Improving the Performance of Nigerian Banking Services delivered.
In a fast-changing competitive environment, the fundamental logic of value creation is also changing. This paper argues that the Nigerian Banking industry has not been able to provide adequate technological based facilities for self-service concept.
