Proximate analysis of Sphenostylis stenocarpa and Voadzeia subterranean consumed in South –Eastern Nigeria
Proximate analyses of two traditional grain legumes consumed in Eastern Nigeria- Bambara groundnut (Voadzeia subterranean) and African yam beans (Sphenostylis stenocarpa) were carried out.
