Summary of Profile
Dr Adediran is a good team player, hardworking, creative, intelligent and self-driven who demonstrates maturity, innovativeness and responsibility on any assignment given. He is endowed with a pleasant personality and capability to work effectively in a multi-cultural and dynamic environment. He has executed research projects as an individual and team member. Aside from lecturing, he is a Research Fellow at Centre for Economic Policy & Development Research (CEPDeR). He is also grant award winner with Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Germany and The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS). He is Article Editor for SAGE Publications and Reviewer for African Journal of Economics and Management Studies (AJEMS); Heliyon; Taylor and Francis Journals; Routledge Journals and International Business Information Management Association (IBIMA) conferences which are all indexed in Web of Science and Scopus. Currently in a series of research which has resulted in publications in high impact and world class Journals locally and internationally with a considerable high Citation Index in Scopus database and Google Scholar, and has participated in seminars, conferences, workshops and short courses. Astute in research in the area of International Economics, Environmental & Agricultural Economics, Applied Econometrics, Financial Economics, Development Economics and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).In addition, he is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), African Finance and Economic Association (AFEA), Nigeria Economic Society (NES) and a student-member of Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS). Presently a member of Faculty at Covenant University in the Department of Economics and Development Studies, where he involves in community service, research, teaching and mentoring both undergraduate and postgraduate students. He loves adventure, reading, tourism and watching football.
