She worked and is still working assiduously towards establishing a good Relationship/Collaboration between Covenant University and the Campus France of the French Embassy in Nigeria. She was the first to mention Covenant University to the organizers of the French Education Fair in 2012, an annual event she regularly attends. Subsequently, in 2015, she facilitated the first visit of some French Officials, namely: Monsieur Sebastien CARTIER, Programme Officer for the promotion of Higher Education, International Students Services, International Mobility and Campus France, French Embassy, Abuja & Monsieur Rafiu OMOLOYE, Programme Officer, Campus France, French Embassy, Lagos to Covenant University.
At the 2017 French Education Fair that took place at the Eko Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Saturday, 25th February, Dr. Eugenia Abiodun-Eniayekan, in the company of Dr. Kikelomo Evbuoma, a faculty from the Psychology Department of Covenant University, discussed extensively with 2 of the key-organizers, namely: Monsieur Arnaud DORNON, Head of Cooperation and Cultural Affairs, Embassy of France in Nigeria & Director of the Institut Français du Nigeria, resident in Abuja, and Monsieur Michel HARDY, Foreign Governments Coordinator for Africa, Marketing and Mobility Department, resident in Paris, France. The focus of the discussions was on possible collaborations and signing of MOU with the French Government via the platform of the Campus France.
Two days after the French Education Fair, on Monday, the 27th of February, to be precise, Dr. Abiodun-Eniayekan and Dr. Evbuoma went to the Covenant University Vice Chancellor and submitted to him a Report on the outcome of their attendance of the French Education Fair and their submissions in that regard, with a view to making the Covenant University a bilingual University.

The University French Teachers’ Association of Nigeria (UFTAN) 16th Annual Conference and AGM, held at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, with the theme “FRENCH IN THE WIDER WORLD”, Date: 9th – 14th March, 2014. She presented a paper titled: “Mondialiser la langue française: néo-colonialisme ou développement?” (Globalising the French Language: Neo-Colonialism or Development?).
4. An International Conference at Redeemers’ University, Mowe, Lagos State, titled “THE HUMANITIES, CONFLICT AND DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA”, Date: 27th – 28th May, 2014. She presented a paper titled: “Conflict Resolution” which was sent to the University of Benin Journal of Humanities.

The University French Teachers’ Association of Nigeria (UFTAN) 17th Annual Conference and AGM, held at the Nigeria French Language Village, Badagry, Lagos State, with the theme “NIGERIA AND THE ECOWAS”, Date: 9th – 13th November, 2014. She presented a paper titled: “Les guerres du Libéria et de la Sierra Leone: une interrogation du rôle de la CEDEAO” (The Liberian and Sierra Leonian Wars: Interrogating the Role of the ECOWAS).
6. The First Joint International Conference of the Faculty of Arts, Lagos State University and African Studies Institute, University of Georgia at Athens, Georgia, U. S. A. on the theme “THE HUMANITIES AND THE INDIGENOUS KNOWLEDGE SYSTEM (IKS) IN AFRICA AND AFRICA’S DIASPORAS, held at the Department of English, Faculty of Arts, Lagos State University, Ojo, Lagos. Date: 20th – 23rd July, 2015. She presented a paper titled: “Socio-Pragmatic Values of Nigerians as Exemplified in Wale Okediran’s Tenants of the House: Implications for Political Caste System”.
